That heart of yours?
It’ll beat 2.5 billion times in your lifetime.
And here’s the part that truly breaks my heart, It has no backup system.
No spare. No reboot. No second chances.
When I first got into biohacking and pharmacology the sciences
my focus was almost entirely on hormones.
Testosterone. Estradiol, DHT
I thought that’s where the biological magic was.
But looking back now, I realize:
I made the ultimate mistake missed the forest for the trees.
Because none of that matters if your heart gives out.
Or as Rumi would say
Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction
Over time, I started shifting the biohacking chips
to where it mattered most:
lipids, arteries, and blood vessel integrity.
A truth that is unavoidable:
Heart disease is still the #1 killer on Earth.
It creeps silently decades before your first symptom.
And by the time it’s loud enough to notice?
It’s already too late.
But here’s the twist.
You can change the heart’s future, slow aging at the core, reverse early cardiovascular decline.
But like ALL great investments, the sooner you start, the bigger the return.
This is why a daily heart health protocol isn’t optional, It’s your everyday insurance policy for the most vital organ you’ve got
A protocol that doesn’t just protect but compounds your longevity,
supercharges your performance, and ensures your engine keeps running long into the future. (The best race horse of all time had the largest heart) Lesson in there
Let’s dive in.
First up: Nature’s Statin — Nattokinase
Nattokinase has been shown to be 3x more effective than statins
at reducing carotid artery plaque size.
In a randomized controlled trial (2017), researchers gave:
43 patients: Nattokinase (6,000 FU/day) for 26 weeks
38 patients: Simvastatin (20 mg/day) for 26 weeks
🧪 The outcome?
Nattokinase significantly reduced carotid plaque size
Statins were more effective at lowering LDL cholesterol and ApoB particle count
Why the BEST time to take nattokinase is during fasting:
Lower circulating lipids → less interference = better arterial targeting
Inflammatory proteins (like CRP) are reduced during fasting → promotes soft plaque clearance
Empty stomach = better absorption and bioavailability
Autophagy is activated during fasting → helps break down foam cells (which store lipid droplets and contribute to plaque formation)
