Because lets be honest with eachother nobody wants to eat chicken and rice forever.
We’ve all been there and we’ve all lost interest fast, your taste buds revolt, and suddenly macros feel like a prison sentence instead of a pathway to personal progress
Which is why I started putting together the exact meal combos I use
Stuff that keeps me on track day to day and also gets me through those weeks leading up to competition. It’s not gourmet food, but it’s real fuel that tastes good enough to keep me consistent.
But here’s the thing: food inspiration only really works when it’s shared
One person cooking alone can stay disciplined for a while. A group of people, all sharing their go-to meals, swapping ideas, and holding each other accountable? That’s when it gets extremely powerful.
