They Lied to You About Your Liver

One of the biggest lies they ever told you is that you can’t repair damage to your organs

They want you to believe that once the damage is done, it’s over. That you’re stuck with a life of managing symptoms, and accepting a slow decline. I’m here to tell you this is absolute nonsense.

I’m Irish, and at one point, my liver enzymes were so high, they looked like they belonged to a 50-year-old alcoholic. Mainstream medicine would have told me I was on a one-way street to serious, irreversible problems. They would have offered me a life of medication and monitoring, but not a cure. Not a real solution.

But I didn’t accept that. I took matters into my own hands. And with strategic, targeted supplementation, I brought my liver enzymes right back to optimal levels in just a few months. I’m living proof that it’s never over. You have the power to heal your body, and I’m going to show you exactly how I did it.

The Body’s Master Control System

Forget what you think you know. Your liver isn’t just a filter for the booze you drank last weekend. It’s the master control system for your entire body. It’s a chemical powerhouse that dictates your hormonal health, your ability to build muscle, your energy levels, and even your blood pressure

When your liver is struggling, there’s second order consequences.

Your hormonal balance becomes disrupted. because the liver is in charge of clearing out excess estrogen. When it’s inflamed and overworked, it can’t do its job properly

That estrogen builds up, and for both men and women, that’s a recipe for disaster.

We’re talking mood swings, weight gain, and a whole host of hormonal chaos. On top of that, a struggling liver can pump out more Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG), which locks up your essential hormones like testosterone, making them useless

If you feel like your hormones are out of whack, your liver is one of first places you need to look.

Something you also need to consider is that a toxic buildup can occur A toxic buildup can occur. Every single thing you put into your body food, supplements, medications has to be processed by your liver. It’s the master conjugator, breaking down compounds so your body can either use them or get rid of them through your kidneys

If this process is in anyway broken, you’re looking at a toxic buildup that can affect every system in your body

This isn’t just about feeling a bit sluggish. This is about chronic inflammation, the root of nearly every modern disease. (HS-crp also becomes elevated with poor liver health)

The liver effects your heart, muscles, and blood pressure. Mainstream medicine loves to push statins for high cholesterol, but they rarely talk about the root causes such as a dysfunctional liver. Your liver controls cholesterol and lipoprotein levels. A healthy liver keeps them in balance a sick liver lets them run wild, increasing your risk of plaque buildup in your arteries, It also helps regulate your blood pressure by producing angiotensinogen

A dysfunctional liver can be a major risk factor for your heart overall. Hence why you see alcoholics with blood pressure and liver issues

What Harms Your Liver?

So, what’s causing all this damage? The modern world can be a minefield for your liver. Two of the biggest culprits are mycotoxins and alcohol.

Mycotoxins are nasty toxins from mold, and they can be found in our food and our homes. They are poison to your liver, causing massive inflammation and damage 11 12. And we all know what alcohol does. It’s a direct assault on your liver cells, leading to inflammation, scarring (fibrosis), and eventually, a total shutdown (cirrhosis) 13 14. And it’s not just the obvious culprits. We’re surrounded by invisible threats, like Bisphenol A (BPA). This is a chemical found in many plastics and food containers, and it leaches into what we eat and drink. It’s an endocrine disruptor that causes direct liver damage by sparking oxidative stress and crippling the mitochondria in your liver cells.

And here’s the thing: your liver cells, your hepatocytes, take about two years to fully regenerate 15. That’s why you can’t just have a “detox” weekend and expect everything to be fine. This is a long game. Your liver is working hard for you every day it uses up a staggering 25% of your heart’s blood supply just to keep running

It’s time you started working for it.
