We all know it—the supplement industry is in the worst state it's ever been. There's been an explosion of grifters, fake creatine companies, Amazon supplements tainted with Viagra, no thorough testing, contamination with arsenic/lead/mercury... you name it, we've seen it.
Even companies we thought we could trust have turned their backs on us. As someone who's in the process of formulating a company, I've seen the inside of this degenerate world firsthand, and I can tell you that most companies are overlooking quality and focusing on quantity. The majority of brands these days are using Chinese suppliers to fulfill their orders without conducting any third-party testing of their products.
I can admit that early on in my supplement and health journey, I didn't take this into consideration nor did I think about it. But when you fundamentally break it down—if we're trying to achieve optimal health, why wouldn't we pay extra for premium products that have the backing of third-party tests to validate their authenticity?
This validation ensures we get:
Exactly the dosage that was promised to us
No filler chemicals, arsenic, lead, etc.
The health outcomes we're so desperately seeking
As a health practitioner, everything I source for my clients must be validated. Otherwise, it risks making them worse. When I work on a timeline of a few months, everything needs to be correct—any subpar element ruins a protocol or program I've designed.
