Sorry for my short hiatus but I had some personal issues that needed my full attention. I actually stopped everything I normally do for a few days last week my son was in hospital being treated for a viral infection.
Luckily he’s ok
But he was classified as high risk due to his age and they had to get him on some anti-biotics (he’s under 2 months old)
The reason I’m telling you this is to make you aware of something most people overlook: the actual importance of your immune system
Children get treated as high risk because their immune systems don’t fully develop until a few months in they’re defenseless. And watching that firsthand reminded me why I’ve been so focused on immune optimization lately.
