EXAMPLE Question & Answer will look like this...

“I’ve been feeling constantly fatigued for the past few months Oran / Biohacker, no matter how much I sleep. My doctor ran some basic blood tests, and everything came back ‘normal to him.’ Where should I even start to look to figure this out?”

Answer:

You could consider discussing a more comprehensive thyroid panel with your doctor, one that goes beyond the standard TSH test. Sometimes, looking at the full range of thyroid hormones (like Free T3, Free T4, and thyroid antibodies) can reveal a more nuanced picture. Another area to consider is adrenal health. Chronic stress can have a significant impact on our energy levels, and a DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) test, for example, can provide a lot of insight into your adrenal function and cortisol patterns throughout the day. Lastly, don’t underestimate the power of nutrient deficiencies. Even with a healthy diet, things like low iron/ferritin, B12, or Vitamin D can be major culprits for fatigue. A functional medicine practitioner or a naturopathic doctor might be great resources for exploring these more in-depth diagnostic avenues.
