Peak Protocols AMA 2 (Weekly Q&A)

Welcome to Week 2 of my weekly Q&A, running every Wednesday exclusively for paid subscribers.

This is your space for deeper, more useful answers — especially when it comes to bloodwork, supplements, peptides, bioregulators, and the other fun corners of biohacking.

If you ask about biomarkers, I won’t just give you vague generalities. I’ll break down what matters, what it may mean in context, and what the best possible course of action is for the individual.

Leave your questions in the comment section below and I’ll answer them in depth. If I’m unsure about something, I’ll either consult with someone who knows more about the topic, or I’ll simply say, “I don’t know.”

Topics can include:

  • Bloodwork and biomarker interpretation

  • Mold exposure and related health strategies

  • Peptides and bioregulators

  • Biohacking and performance optimization

  • Sourcing and product questions

I do not give medical advice. I provide guidance, context, and practical direction based on the information available, with the goal of helping you make better decisions for your own situation.

Rules for the Q&A:

  • One question per person, per week.

  • No “thoughts on…” style questions.

  • “Thoughts” is not a question.

  • Ask expansive, direct questions that actually tickle both our brains.

  • Focus on “how” and “why” questions, because they are open-ended and can be more useful for depth.

  • Avoid vague, one-line questions. Give enough context so I can give you a meaningful answer.

Post your questions in the comment section below.
