Hi Biohacker,

I saw your tweet where you mentioned, regarding CoQ10, that “there are maybe three companies in the world worth using.” I’m very curious—would you be willing to share which three companies you believe are actually worth taking?

Even more than the specific brands, I’d really love to understand the framework or methodology you use to determine which CoQ10 supplements are truly more effective. There are so many different CoQ10 products on the market, and nearly every company claims superior absorption, which makes it very difficult to know what’s meaningful and what’s just marketing.

I personally experience frequent premature heartbeats (PVCs), and I’ve tried CoQ10 capsules from different brands. I’ve noticed clear differences in how they affect me. However, when I read resources like ConsumerLab and examine.com, it still seems very hard to determine from publicly available information which specific CoQ10 product is actually more effective.

Could you elaborate on the framework you use to research and evaluate nutritional supplements? I understand that applying such a framework requires extensive reading and careful critical thinking—I’m not looking for a magic, effortless answer. I would simply really appreciate it if you could share more about how you approach evaluating and selecting supplement brands, especially in an online environment that’s filled with reviews, rankings, and promotions.

Thank you very much for your time and for the valuable insights you share

Hello! I’d love to ask—based on your many years of research and personal experimentation in longevity, health, supplements, and biohacking, which information sources do you most frequently read and recommend? For example, are there particular newsletters, YouTube channels, websites, podcasts, forum, book or other resources that you regularly follow and suggest to others?

As you know, in fields like longevity and health, the Internet is filled with all kinds of information sources. Many of them appear very professional, which makes it quite difficult for the average person to tell which ones are truly reliable. That’s why I’d really appreciate hearing your recommendations.
